Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your item. Contact nebesnikyott974@gmail.com before sending anything back. We provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping; no restocking fee is charged.

Items should be returned with the product, packaging, and proof of purchase where reasonably possible. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right. Nothing in this policy reduces rights available under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need 5–10 business days to post the credit. You may request cancellation before an order ships; after shipment, the return process applies.
